Ended up buying a new DDE relay (the blue relay) I'm assuming, swapped it and no change, noticed the other relay in the DDE compartment was clicking intermittently. Checked the leads of the relay with my meter Pin 30 is getting constant 12v from the battery, tests good. Pin 85 and 86 show 12v when ignition is turned on.

Hi, yes, you can only chk with the car is down and does not start.yes chk the wake up line 15. This line goes from the batt via the ibs all the way to the front fuse box. For my case, we just put a resistor to bring the voltage down on shut down. The problem is that this line bring awake also discharges my batt. Quote:
