Pros: fast, lots coming from factory faster than Hyundai claim. More engaging drive (I don't care how fast your golf r is). Lots of noise from stock, you really don't need to do anything to the exhaust. Can leave it in 'normal' mode and drive around town and still get 30mpg. Plenty you can do yourself to make it faster if that's your thing.
